Improve loading experience for launchers.
Description
Prefacing this with the point that this issue is based on the Linux experience and is ignorant of windows behaviour.
As can be seen in this video, the launch experience is a little jarring;

First, the full UI is loaded. It would be nice if this wasn't the case when the fullscreen command line flag is active.
Second, there seems to be a grey clear occurring, I'm sure this would be a lot nicer for lots of launchers if this was cleared to black.
Third, there seems to be a break in rendering between the initial load screen and shortly before it's completion.

How any frontend/launcher interacts with cemu is up to it and not cemu. Plus most of these issues have to do with it just being run under wine on linux, and a native linux version is already planned.
