A useful ability would be a "Master game profile" settings tab/popup for editing all game profiles at once. For example, to adjust every game's profile to use a new controller profile, or change already-set graphics APIs, etc.

It could also have a checkbox to Mark these as defaults, so all newly added games thereafter will default to that specific base game profile config, with the user later being able to tweak the minority of individual game profiles as necessary.
