Add a help screen for hot keys and general controls

Description
It would be nice to have a in app window that would show you what different hot keys are, such as F12 for screenshot, and ctl+tab for switch to gamepad view.
This could also explain gyro control using mouse, and list all available command line arguments.
Might also be nice to have an option to show this on the getting started window.
