I think it would be great for there to be a setting that auto set cpu recompiler mode based on how many cores/threads the system running cemu has. Any game that benefits from dual or tiple core recompiler can have this shipped in its default game profile so anyone who runs the game will have the best performance out of the box game profile wise.
And as a fall back if a default game profile has single set for compatibility reasons auto would just use that instead of the best for the cpu.
