Add a fullscreen mode where both the TV and the Gamepad are displayed on one screen.

Description
Title says it all. There could be two display layout modes. Vertical, where the top of the screen is the TV and the bottom is the Gamepad, and Horizontal, where the left of the screen is the TV and the right is the Gamepad. The layouts would also need to be affected by the "Stretch to Screen" option.

I like this idea. I suggest also having a way to resize the screens, like say if you rarely need to use gamepad but still need it for like a menu, or use it for like a map. Maybe make the gamepad screen a always on top view as well if the screens can overlap when resizing.
