As a thought so that cmeu users don't have to mess with their files more then needed, I think a restore default settings button and a clear shader cache button would be a nice addition in a advanced options tab.

Restore default settings would delete the settings files and re-download a fresh copy of Cemu (this will be easy to do if auto updater gets implemented) With a warning box about what it's resetting, like how game data and saves will remain, but settings, playtime and profiles will be reset.

The Clear Shader Cache button would bring up a window asking what caches to clear, (Transferable, Precompiled, and Driver) with precompiled and driver auto selected and hopefully have a warning about clearing transferable.

If these could be in an additional advanced options tab that doesn't show by default (have to tick a box 8m general settings maybe?) that will also give a place to put other options that users wouldn't need to change or use very often.
