Add Compat status to game list

Description
It would be nice to have Cemus game list to have a games current compatability status listed, in some form like playable/perfect/boots/unplayable/playable with issues.
Then also to help more with orginization maybe have a star system that users can rate their own games.
This would also hopefully stop users from being miss informed about how games work, and get more people to update the wiki.

Forgot to say that the compat stats should link to the corosponding wiki page.
