Mario Kart 8 has broken preview videos without Cemuhook on 1.15.4b
Description
Even with the implementation of H264.rpl which work for Mario Party 10 (http://bugs.cemu.info/issues/25), Mario Kart 8 preview videos are broken (green placeholder)

Smash for Wii U is also affected. At the start of the game, the green placeholder appears instead of opening video.

Can you upload log.txt?
Since our decoder uses GPU acceleration it's possible that your driver/hardware doesn't support the particular format of video used by MK8/Smash.

This happens for me under wine (staging 4.6) in all games.
Looks like HW acceleration is the problem:
[13:51:33] DXVA2: CreateDeviceEx failed
I've enabled DXVA2 decoding over VA-API in wine settings, and verified that VA-API is working, but it still doesn't seem to want to work under wine.
Would it be possible to add a setting to disable HW acceleration for video playback?

For me rolling back to cemuhook 0.5.7.0 fixes the issue. Versions 0.5.7.1 and 0.5.7.2 results in empty preview (green field).

Green videos now only happen in cemu if your gpu doesn't support H264 decode or you are on linux, Using Cemuhooks H264 decoder will solve this issue.
