Description
Currently, fullscreen mode with Vulkan enabled is borderless windowed, while in OpenGL it's exclusive fullscreen. An easy way to tell is to hit the Windows key. In OpenGL, the window flickers, while in Vulkan, the taskbar appears seamlessly.
