OpenGL and Vulkan have the same result, you can access menus with no problem, and get in-game, but there is always a black screen in campaign with the exception of a HUD.

If you try to load Zombies or Multiplayer, regardless if you get there from campaign menu or by trying to load those modes by default, you can not reach menus.
