This is a bug reproducible on every system. Reproduced on 7 different Windows 10 PCs, 3 fresh install Win 10 1909 machines and even using Virtual Box booting from a fresh install of Windows 10 1909 or 2004. So it's clear it's not a misconfigured OS installation issue or any other software conflict.

IMPORTANT: You won't see a appcrash Windows requester popping-up but you'll easily find the crash under Windows Reliability Monitor: it's a silent background crash.

For a quick reproducible environment I've created this archive with ready settings file for auto-update on launch: https://1drv.ms/u/s!ApMUGr0cuN39geZdDtHbboQXTVuyVw?e=g88EEK
Just extract the archive and run cemu.exe, complete the update and when you'll press "Restart" button it will silently crash (you'll notice animated circle cursor for 1 second in Windows). You'll find the crash also under Windows Reliability Monitor.

Please, fix this annoying minor crash issue.
