Description

With the Vulkan rendering api selected, the GPU dropdown option to pick which which GPU to use only shows one GPU, and in most cases, it chooses to show only integrated graphics. This makes the only way to get the dGPU to function when using Vulkan to disable integrated graphics in device manager, which can sometimes cause other issues with other programs, or, on devices that need integrated graphics enabled to function, isn't really an option. (oddly, when using OpenGL, it defaults to the dGPU in most cases)

This is just how most hybrid solutions force applications to use one GPU over the other. Nvidia control panel / Radeon settings should have a way to select a preferred GPU. Alternatively right clicking Cemu.exe should also give you a 'Run with graphics processor' option.

Aside from that, Cemu doesn't hide GPUs from you. It shows all the GPUs it can see. The filtering happens externally.
