Native Linux Build
Description
When running BOTW in Cemu on Linux using wine, there is a performance discrepancy compared with Windows. This is most evident when using Dual-Core and Tripple-Core recompiler.
The majority of Linux Cemu users appear to run AMD gpus, and the different drives offset this difference to the point where they're probably not aware of it. Nvidia users on the other hand, see a significant performance drop (30-35% if my quick maths checks out).
Chatting in the discord server, we suspect this is related to wine, and that a native build will close this gap (and benefit AMD users as well as Nvidia users).
Apparently a Linux build is planned after Vulkan, but I couldn't find it tracked here, so here's the feature request.

Not sure if it's mentioning, but we'd be perfectly happy with a commandline-only version if GUI libraries and dependencies are not cross-platform or troublesome.
