Redmine Cemu - Bug #660 (New): 2nd Controller not working Bughttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/6602022-09-12T20:38:12ZRaptorHunter182

I have both controllers plugged in and controller 1 selected as "Controller 1 XInput" and controller 2 selected as "Controller 2 XInput" but when I go to use the 2nd controller it doesn't work. If I use controller 1, it controls for both controller 1 and controller 2. In the input settings when I select "Controller 2 XInput" it kind of greys out the binding options and makes them unchangeable so maybe that has something to do with it? Also when I exit the Input settings and go back into them it switches the Input for controller 2 back to "Controller 1 XInput". Maybe upon exiting Input settings it switches it back due to a bug. I have controller 1 set to GamePad and controller 2 set to Pro Controller and the issue persists. I also tried deleting the "controllerProfiles" folder and setting it up again and that didn't help. Must be a bug. Any ideas?

Update: I just checked it again after restarting my PC and running CCleaner. I guess that fixed it for some reason. Still worth looking into to though just so we know what caused this issue so it can be prevented in the future.

Cemu - Bug #653 (New): Art Academy Atelier Graphic Bug when loading saved gamehttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/6532022-08-04T22:43:27ZCKDGuly

I came back to check progress on the game and now saving and loading progress works as intended. So thanks for that.

On the other hand, if I save my progress in a course, restart the game and load my saved file, when entering the drawing screen there's a graphic bug that makes the whole drawing screen white.

Which makes it impossible to continue where i left off, I basically have to redraw and paint all the previous steps to reach the one where I am. And even if I did that, when I draw on the white screen, it reveals parts
of what I drew on the previous course, making it quite the conundrum.

I don't have access to a computer to provide screenshots at the moment. If you have any questions just let me know

Thanks and kind regards,

Cemu - Bug #640 (New): Audio Lag when playing any game on CEMU latest versionhttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/6402022-04-30T03:36:38ZGalenKnight56

I am using the XAudio2 audio API and initially I don't get any audio lag when I start a game up for the first time. But then after about 10 - 20 minutes of game time, there is a noticeable audio lag of about 200ms that gets progressively worse the longer I play the game. I have tested with Breath of the Wild and Smash WII U and it is particularly noticeable on Smash WII U. It is even worse with the DirectSound API, there is a 500 ms audio lag right from the start.

Using latest version of Windows 10
AMD Ryzen 2700x, Nvidia 1080 TI, 32 gb RAM
Tried with multicore and single core settings, latency set at 24 ms, Vulkan API, VSync off

Cemu - Bug #621 (New): Battle Quest minigame for Nintendoland ZL ZR button Issueshttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/6212022-02-19T16:53:38ZPotatoPower159

Can't get past the ZL ZR screen for the Battle Quest minigame for Nintendoland. A video of the issue and a copy of my controller configuration is provided below. I'm using a PS4 controller with DS4Windows. To connect the controller to my pc an official Sony dualshock 4 usb wireless adaptor was used.

https://streamable.com/m9zpum

https://imgur.com/xMX33G6

The ZL and ZR work fine on other Wii U games like Pikmin 3 and Donkey Kong with the same controller and setup mentioned above. This makes it seem like the issue lies with Nintendoland. Please let me know if there is any other information that you would like.

Cemu - Bug #613 (New): 1.26.0 only detects 1 controllerhttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/6132022-01-20T13:17:41Zsysadmin

In version 1.25.6 with old input system my 2 connected PS4 controllers were both being detected as "wireless controller" (directInput). I'm using Steam client as intermediate software to make them work in cemu. So no DS4windows,Inputmapper etc...
With new 1.26 branch only 1 controller shows up in dropdownlist with controllers...
Can this be fixed please?

Cemu - Bug #601 (New): Amazing Spiderman 1 bughttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/6012022-01-06T03:43:25ZNiko

The final image presented to the swapchain is solid black

However, in RenderDoc, the game is nearly-perfectly rendered at "some point", but then mysteriously cleared for no reason

Cemu - Bug #597 (New): Assassin's Creed 4 - Networking Bughttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/5972022-01-06T03:33:59ZNiko

If online profile is not enabled, you can not enter gameplay. An online profile should not be required (worked in earlier Cemu versions).

Gives WSA error 10022, saying there is an invalid argument

Cemu - Bug #585 (New): Bayonetta 2 - Issue with bloom on objects updating only at 30fpshttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/5852021-11-11T03:56:19Zfragmentshader

This has been an issue for a long time with Cemu and Bayonetta 2, apologies if this is a duplicate issue but I couldn't find it.

Basically the issue is that on certain objects when moving the camera, there will be a consistent judder due to parts of the geometry seemingly updating only at 30fps, leaving a trail behind the parts of the scene updating at 60fps like they should. This largely seems to affect objects with bloom, where you'll see the bloom effect leave a ghosted, stuttery trail on certain geometry.

See video here with the effect highlighted:

Cemu - Bug #560 (New): Battle Quest minigame for Nintendoland Issueshttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/5602021-08-17T18:05:46ZPotatoPower159

A couple of troubleshooting questions regarding the Battle Quest minigame for Nintendoland.
I have attached some pictures below.:

1.) Is there a work around for the "Wiimote pair" message?

The message says: "The wii remote is not connected correctly. Pair the Wii Remote via the HOME Menu."
https://imgur.com/a/jmxnSZA

2.) Battle quest is giving me a pink glitch around all the characters.

Any advice on fixes?
Cemu - Bug #553 (New): All my buttons get mixed up after I add a second playerhttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/5532021-08-06T09:09:09ZRHT_LorDbox4

Hello,

Yesterday I tried to play with two (therefore two controllers) on New Super Mario Bros U. I therefore put in the parameters: on "Controller 1" the "Wii U Gamepad" with one of my controllers, on the "Controller 2" I put the "Wii U Pro Controller" with the same controller as the "Controller 1" and finally I put on the "Controller 3" the "Wii U Pro Controller" with my second controller. I then launched the game and changed the controller to "Wii Remote" and that's where my problem comes from: the keys have all changed oddly, for example A = R or Up = Down ... It probably comes from " Wii U Pro Controller ". I really can't seem to fix this, any idea?

Cemu - Bug #362 (New): Assassin's Creed III has severe graphic issueshttps://bugs.cemu.info/issues/3622020-06-02T22:41:51ZDime333

The game suffers from flickering graphics and broken textures.

Cemu - Bug #293 (New): "Adventure Time: Finn And Jake Investigations" doesn't render graphics cor...https://bugs.cemu.info/issues/2932020-03-22T11:12:46ZCemmer76

The game "Adventure Time: Finn And Jake Investigations" (BFNPVZ) is perfectly playable, but the graphic output is too dark and is also missing all the lights/shadows effects (bump mapping?) that you can see when you play the game on the Wii-U.

To understand what I mean, just compare the video of the Cemu version with the Wii-U version:

http://wiki.cemu.info/wiki/Adventure_Time:_Finn_And_Jake_Investigations
as you can see for example at the very beginning of Adventure Time: Finn And Jake Investigations CEMU 1.16.0d Test video (not the static image, you must start the video), in the "tree menu screen", using Cemu the colors are very dark and the green of tree is absolutely "flat" (there's no light effect on it);

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NJwdVMJwADw
instead on the Wii-U in the "tree menu screen" lights and shadows are displayed correctly (and as well in the rest part of the game);

Comparing other parts of the game-videos you can see that the problem is everywhere and I think that bump mapping effect is missing as well (or is this fact that causes the missing light effects?)
This is not a recent problem or a regression, it has always been there in Cemu since first releases.

Cemu - Bug #253 (New): Artifacts at screen edges when upscaling with Vulkan (incorrect texture ad...https://bugs.cemu.info/issues/2532020-01-07T14:24:10Zmark_k

This minor issue probably relates to an incorrect texture addressing mode when upscaling.

The Breath of the Wild loading screen, where the upper part of the screen is bright and the lower part black shows the problem.

In Direct3D terminology (I'm not familiar with OpenGL or Vulkan), there are several texture addressing modes, see https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/uwp/graphics-concepts/texture-addressing-modes
If Cemu is using the "wrap" mode that would explain this issue. Using either mirror or clamp modes instead should resolve it.

To reproduce:

Set Cemu to Vulkan, full-screen mode, with emulated resolution less than Windows desktop native resolution. For example 1280x720 with 3840x2160 desktop/monitor. In full-screen mode, Cemu scales up the image to the Windows desktop size instead of changing video display mode to match the emulated resolution.

Launch Breath of the Wild.

On loading a saved game the loading screen appears. There is a light horizontal line at the bottom of the screen. That's because due to filtering, the top of the texture has wrapped around. Similarly, when the loading screen first appears and the upper bright band moves in from the right, you can see a light vertical line at the upper left edge of the screen.

I didn't see this issue with OpenGL.

Cemu - Bug #81 (Accepted): Art Academy: Home Studio (Cannot Save Lesson)https://bugs.cemu.info/issues/812019-06-08T19:38:51ZCKDGuly

I Learned about the compatibility improvements on this game on the recent updates so I decided to check it out...

Everything works great, some minor glitches here and there but still very playable...hooked my wacom tablet, changed it to mouse mode, things are going great, and then I go to save lesson:

The game can't save lesson data. I set the mlc path to mlc01, then i created another subfolder and tried that one. I also used admin privileges...still nothing.

the previous images to this error are these:

And then this happens https://gyazo.com/f47f67a77b6e9230c049ce6626646351

Also, the save data size seems to change each time I try to save the lesson (at one time it was a 2.32 mbs and then the next was 14.02 mbs).

P.S: I set the priority to high since I consider not being able to save progress as a game-breaking bug.

Thanks and Kind Regards.
